Summer is in full swing here on the Neck. The smell of sunscreen fills the air and a layer of
sand has found its way into every crevice of life. It’s been such a pleasure seeing the kids
enjoying summer around the neighborhood and how much they have all grown up during this
past crazy year. Congratulations to our graduates as they move on to whatever is next. We
are so proud of all of you. Eaton’s Neck will always be home.

Thank you to our Eaton’s Neck Fire Department as well as all the other Fire Companies whom
came out to celebrate the 4th of July here on the Neck. There was a great turnout of folks
who came to support them and I think the adults are starting to have just as much fun as the
kids when it comes to the water fights! I would also like to thank anyone who took time to
clean up balloons and/or debris after the parade to help keep our neighborhood beautiful. It
was a spectacular day and thank you to all who made it so.

Valley Grove has reopened! Please enjoy our beaches responsibly this summer and say hello
to any new faces you may see. Our Friday Night Grillings have been a huge success and a
wonderful opportunity to meet our new neighbors and POENB members. Eaton’s Neck is still
our piece of paradise, so let’s all continue to do our part together.
