Corcoran Family Trust ZBA Hearing (#22641) has been rescheduled for Thursday May 6,2021
The Corcoran Family Trust is seeking to legalize several structures on their property which sit adjacent to POENB’s Valley Grove Beach. Per Zoning Board rules nearby neighbors were notified but, as Valley Grove Beach is owned by all members, the POENB Board is making the notice available for all to read. After an initial postponement, the Town of Huntington has rescheduled a virtual hearing for Thursday May 6 at 6:00 pm.
