Flow of water; as demonstrated by ourongoing drainage issues. Flow of electricity; highlighted recently by the February storm that took out out PSEG’s power and a whole lot of home heating pipes. POENB Minutes Friday, March 3, 2023 The meeting held in person at the Eaton’s Neck Firehouse and on Zoom began at 7:30 The Pledge of Allegiance was recited followed by a roll call of officers.
