On Friday December 2nd at 7:30 pm the POENB will hold its Annual Meeting and Elections for
next year’s Board in accordance with our Association by-laws. The meeting will be held at the
Eaton’s Neck Firehouse located at 55 Eaton’s Neck Road.

The list of candidates is as follows:

• Frank Pasquale, President
• Ryan Schaefer-Walker, Vice President
• Steven Neuf, Assistant Vice President
• Yvonne Lambertson, Assistant Vice President
• Anthony Fusaro, Treasurer
• Sally Neal, Recording Secretary

Voting will be conducted in-person and shall be carried by a simple majority of votes cast.
POENB Members in good standing shall be represented by one (1) vote per household.
