Corcoran Family Trust Zoning Board of Appeals Public Notice

The Corcoran Family Trust is seeking to legalize several structures on their property which sits adjacent to POENB’s Valley Grove Beach. Per Zoning Board rules nearby neighbors were notified but, as Valley Grove Beach is owned by all members, the POENB Board is making the notice available for all to read. Although the notice indicates a hearing of January 7th, the Corcoran Trust agreed to postpone until a future date (TBD) so the community can be informed.
