- Paving on Eaton’s Neck Rd. to Begin TomorrowThe Town of Huntington Highway Office is planning to repave some areas of Eaton’s Neck Road, beginning tomorrow, September 25th. - Public Notice: ZBA Hearing on July 28th10 Exeter Court is seeking to legalize tiered retaining walls on their property, located across from POENB’s Prices Bend Beach. Per Zoning Board rules nearby neighbors were notified but, as Prices Bend is owned by all members, the POENB Board is making the notice available for all to read. An in-person hearing has been scheduled for Thursday July 28 at 6:00 pm at the Town of Huntington Town Hall, located at 100 Main Street in Huntington. - Public Notice: Eaton’s Neck Drainage Improvement ProjectPOENB invited the Town of Huntington to provide any official communications regarding the drainage improvement project currently occurring around Eaton’s Neck. On June 16th, the Town emailed us this notice from the Highway Office. Further, we were asked to alert residents that there is no definitive schedule that the Town can provide. The work is being done in the order the material is being delivered, so when and where crews will be working can change overnight.
