10 Exeter Court is seeking to legalize tiered retaining walls on their property, located across from POENB’s Prices Bend Beach. Per Zoning Board rules nearby neighbors were notified but, as Prices Bend is owned by all members, the POENB Board is making the notice available for all to read.
