The Town of Huntington Highway Office is planning to repave some areas of Eaton’s Neck Road, beginning tomorrow, September 25th.
Based on a call to the Town of Huntington Highway Office, it is our understanding that the paving will take place:
- Eaton’s Neck Road – from 3 North Creek Rd. to the Asharoken boarder
- Eaton’s Neck Road – from the corner of Essex Dr. to North Creek Rd.
- 111 Eaton’s Neck Road to the Culdesac.
Until the road is completely paved, the town is recommending the following:
- Do not run sprinklers or wash cars to avoid puddles in the road.
- Do not leave vehicles or Athletic equipment on the road. Vehicles left in the road will be towed.
- Place recycling and trash bins outside of the roadway the night before scheduled pick up, as collection crews may have an earlier start.
