Notice of Key Issue Vote  On Wednesday December 4th at 7:00 pm, the POENB will hold its Annual Meeting and Elections for next year’s Board, in accordance with our Association By-laws The meeting will be held in-person at the Eaton’s Neck Firehouse located at 55 Eaton’s Neck Road. The following candidates have been nominated for election to the 2025 board. Voting will be conducted in person at the Annual Meeting and shall be carried by a simple majority of votes cast. Please join us for POENB’s February Association meeting on Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 at 7PM. The meeting will take place in0person at the Eaton’s Neck Fire House and will be streamed via Zoom. Zoom log-in information will be sent to Members via email prior to the meeting. At that meeting, we will conduct a Key Issue Vote to approve the proposed 2024 Budget (below). Voting will be conducted with one vote per member household and the issue shall be carried by a simple majority of votes cast.
