Contract Dates & Pricing
- Contract Period: June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026
- Fixed Oil Price: $3.349 per gallon
- This is a $0.42 decrease from last year’s rate.
- Fixed pricing means you pay $3.349 per gallon regardless of market fluctuations.
- Service Contract: $49.99 for the year
- Includes 24/7 emergency service, parts and labor, and an annual system tune-up.
- This coverage often represents savings of several hundred dollars per year, even if no major issues arise.
Additional Services Available at extra cost
Gremlin Tank Monitoring System:
- A Wi-Fi-enabled device that monitors your tank’s oil levels in real time via an app.
- Free installation and free monitoring for the first two years.
- After two years, monitoring is just $36 per year.
- While the app isn’t flashy, it’s reliable and gets the job done.
- Air Conditioning Service Contracts:
- Optional coverage is available for your home’s AC system. (Details can be found in the attached PDF.)
Terms & Eligibility
- Fixed Price & Contract Dates: $3.349/gallon fixed price from 6/1/25 through 5/31/26.
- Service Contract: $49.99.
- Minimal restrictions apply.
- New customers require a visual inspection (unless you’re a new homeowner taking over a current group member’s contract).
- Eligibility:
- You do not need to be a POENB member—just a resident.
- Family members living off the Neck are also eligible.
- Moving or Cancelling:
- No penalty if you move out before the contract ends.
- Other cancellations may be subject to a termination fee (see Swezey’s terms).
- New homeowners may continue the contract at the group rate.
- Payment Options:
- Balanced billing and credit card payments are both available.
- Balanced billing can begin in July for those who enroll.

Swezey no longer mails paper contracts unless requested. Instead, you must log in to your customer portal on swezeyfuel.com to review and sign your contract electronically. If you haven’t received an email from them yet, keep an eye on your inbox in the coming days or log into your account directly.
