All Watercraft Must Be Removed Now. Thank you. The POENB Board has spent a lot of time trying to re organize our watercraft system so that those who need a spot will have the ability to request one as part of their membership. For the convenience of all, we allow the assigned spot to be occupied for two years. Every two years, however, all craft within our membership allotment system (kayaks dinghy’s, paddleboards) must be brought home so the racks can be inspected, maintenance performed and spots re shuffled to prevent squatting.
