Hello friends, neighbors, members and residents of Eaton’s Neck.

First and foremost I would like to deliver a heartfelt thank you to the first responders, those individuals who have been putting themselves at risk every day to protect us all. We are lucky to have so many of these individuals in our POENB community.

Your POENB board is finalizing the details in regard to choosing a seawall contractor and we are anxious to bring those details and our final selection to the community. While we understand the urgency of getting this project completed, we must insure the safety of the community and workers involved in the project. Along these same lines, we have decided to delay any construction of dinghy and kayak racks at Prices Bend. We greatly appreciate all members who were able to remove their craft in support of our commitment to providing an improved facility and process for watercraft storage.

We are constantly and tirelessly working to get items like these and others across the finish line for our membership. Please remember to get your renewal in for the 2020 season. If you have not yet done so forms are available on the POENB website. We want you back and need your support more than ever. For any new neighbors, welcome to our amazing community, we would love for you to join our association Property Owners of Eaton’s Neck Beaches.
