Dear Eaton’s Neck Community,
2026 is a watercraft reassignment year. For Members who would like a spot, please mark on the membership/watercraft form and once payment is received we will assign your spot on the In-person Watercraft Assignment Spot day at the Eaton’s Neck Firehouse, Sunday April 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Sots are available only to POENB members, so if you wish to get a watercraft spot, please get your membership in early.
Each seasonal spot will be $35 for small watercraft, and $125 for large watercraft (limited to two spots per household under normal circumstances. By charging a nominal fee for watercraft, we aim to improve our watercraft system by preventing an abundance of unused spots. Over the last several years, a number of households have left their watercraft spots empty and unused, resulting in a shortage of available watercraft spots.
While our watercraft assignments process has changed, we are pleased to inform our members that we will try to prioritize lower level spots for our senior members.
Watercraft stickers must be placed on a visible part of the watercraft, while on the racks. This is essential for us to keep good records of who is complying with the rules. Watercraft without a sticker will be removed from the rack. Also, any watercraft that is on the ground and not on a rack will be removed from the premises.
We appreciate your cooperation. Your participation makes our system run smoothly and keeps the process fair for everyone. See you out on the water!
